I escorted five of the supposed-to-be participants of my Pikoy Clean-up Year 2 who weren't able to join a weekend ago. It was also my time to pay back for the support that I got from SubiMonte Mountaineers during my own clean-up event.
We took a dayhike. With me were Marc Marasigan and two of his friends, and the high-school buddies, Ishy and Raffy. We had fun climbing with the Subineers that started by doing some stretching routines, after the before-climb prayer.
We met a few FIMO mountaineers at the base camp 1, where we had a short rest. We ate our lunch at the falls area. Mac took out the liquor that he brought and forced us to drink it. At the trail, I was already feeling a little tipsy, so on the area where there were mega-assault, I asked the group to go ahead, while I dozed of to take a power nap. I was able to take a nap for 30 minutes. I was awakened by a commotion. The sweepers thought that I was a corpse. I even got them freaking out when I stood up.
I joined them on the way up. We had a photoshoot at the Parrot's Beak as well as at the summit.
We were able to go down just before dusk and the tricycle driver was waiting for us at Magnetic Hill. We were back at Naic around 7pm and I traveled back to Manila alone, since both Ishy and Raffy were from Naic.
